Receive the cards
Your ordered quantity arrives protected. Every card carries a unique QR code that is bound only to your event.

Open the prepared account
Use the credentials supplied with your order. Sign in on phone or desktop, then change the password on first use.

Complete the event page
Add the title, date, venue and photo, choose a template, and review the real invitation preview before sharing.

Assign the guests
Enter the cardholder and companions. On first activation, that QR locks to those names and cannot be reassigned.

Share and welcome guests
Deliver the card or share its link on WhatsApp. At the venue, SCAN QR validates entry and blocks duplicate check-ins.
What happens when QR is scanned?
The server validates the code, event and activation status. The random QR contains no guest data directly, and its first assignment is locked.
Guest
Opens the invitation and confirms from a phone.
Reception team
Scans QR and instantly sees the name and entry status.
Questions before you begin
Do I need to program the card?
No. Cards and QR codes are pre-activated. You only enter the event details and guest names.
Can a QR code be reused?
The invitation can be opened more than once, but assignment happens once and duplicate check-in is blocked.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The invitation, Builder and SCAN QR are designed for both phone and desktop.
Can I send it through WhatsApp?
Yes. The Builder prepares the message and invitation link for direct WhatsApp sharing.
